desolate

- moving

- gently,
softly,
- powerfully . . .

- casts
its slow
- presence
- over
this water
- of motion/sound;
- its
unconnected
- light
- yet
connected
- seems somehow
- separate
- from the diminutuve

fireball
- that rises

- liquid
- horizon line.

part of me forever

- of a rising sun's

slivery glimmer
- above the wave

waves

ways
- of mutual light,

- stillness, reverie

awe.

ocean washes,
- watches,

assembles
- its eternal forces.
